(Updated 11/4/2024) Opened products ship within 1-2 business days. You are solely responsible for providing us with your proper shipping address. We will only rely on the address you provide us through our site, the payment processor you use to pay us (e.g. PayPal), or emails sent directly to us at breaks@honeyholecollect.com.
We ship all cards with tracking based on shipping service selected during checkout. Unless you proactively request in advance and in writing via email for shipping insurance, no cards are insured during transit. Insurance coverage only protects against damage/loss during transit (i.e. prior to USPS’ delivery scan).
You will generally receive an email with your shipment tracking information (if you have previously provided us your email) from ShipStation. Please check your spam folder.
Pickup policy: If selecting in-store pickup, items will be available to pick up from your selected location within 2-3 business days. Please make sure you have order information and photo identification on hand when picking up your items. All items ordered for in-store pickup must be collected within 90 days from the date of your order. Any items not picked up within this timeframe will be considered forfeit and ownership will revert to Honey Hole. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refunds for items that are not collected.
